Inside Sales Representative (German Speaking)
The individual will be responsible for managing renewal business for existing Kemp customers, supporting the German, Austrian and Swiss markets (DACH). Kemp’s sales focus is a channel-centric sales model, and the Inside Sales Representative will interact with both direct end-user customers, resellers, and distributors to ensure existing customers continue their relationship with the company.Fluency in German is required for this role.
JOB GOALS / EXPECTATIONS
The Inside Sales Representative will work as part of a sales team to progress and manage the renewal-base pipeline for the assigned territory. The Inside Sales Representative is also expected to identify and pursue upsell/cross-sell opportunities within the sales pipeline and to proactively engage with channel partners and internal teams to maximise customer retention and recurring revenue.
Manage inbound & outbound sales activities within the assigned territories.
Drive Support Subscription renewal prior to expiration, in line with processes and practices set-out for your region.
Liaise with Field Sales team members and partners and engage directly with Kemp's end customers, providing quotes, emphasizing value proposition and managing the renewals sales cycle.
Identify opportunities to upsell higher support levels, extend support terms and propose upgrade hardware and software for customers approaching the EoS/EoL phase of their lifecycle.
Maintain accurate information in our CRM about the status of renewal opportunities, and contribute to accurate sales forecasts to the regional Sales Director and Inside Sales Manager.
Ensure a positive customer experience in your interactions.
Work to aggressive Renewal rate and revenue targets, reflecting the high importance of renewal sales to Kemp's overall revenue goals.
Contribute to process improvements in the area of renewals, based on your experiences and interactions with customers, CRM, and renewal opportunity data.
Coordinate with other relevant departments in Kemp, with a keen focus on maximizing positive customer experience.
Support the Field Sales teams with licencing and other customer queries referencing our licencing database and CRM systems.
Fluency in German and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven inside sales experience within the high-tech industry; including experience working to quarterly revenue targets in a process-driven sales environment.
Computing/network product knowledge is a plus.
Experience working within a Sales Channel such as with resellers, VARs, VADs, integrators, consultants, etc. would be an advantage.
Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiating skills.
Detail oriented with good written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office products and CRM applications.
Ability to work both independently and as a team player on complex tasks while meeting deadlines.
